I had the honor and privilege of completing my 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training under the guidance of Talia Sutra, founder of the LAAIC school, and Tony Lupinacci.

The Hatha Yoga I teach with passion and devotion, inspired by this training, is rooted primarily in the Bishnu Gosh lineage, with influences from Ashtanga, Dharma, and Kundalini Yoga.
